Refund policy

We want you to love your clothes! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also have all the original tags attached.

• How to Start a Return: Please email us at info@desimunday.com or message us via WhatsApp at 0304-4239676 with your order number and the reason for the return.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
